December 2011. The Managing Director is delighted to announce that both the Business Manager and the Registered Care Manager have been awarded the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
This award ensures that the skills within the team are the very best that they can be , therefore supporting their workforce strategy and the CQC requirements
Spring 2011. We are delighted to announce two promotions within the management team. Bernie is now our Business Manager and Neil is the Care Manager. Both are well qualified and very knowledgeable about the Health & Social Care sector . They are able to offer the support not only to our clients but work in partnership with family members and friends in delivering the right service for each individual.
2010. CQC Audit . Everything went really well for the company.
2010 Training. A really positive year, with so many of our team increasing their skills and gaining qualifications in all manner of things. NVQ's at higher levels and specialist issues surrounding Dementia ,Nutrition and Infection Control.
2009.CSCI unannouced inspection meant the inspector spent the day with the company interviewing managers and staff;having previously gathered information from the current client data base. I am delighted to type here that the Inspectorate awarded the company 3 Stars and accredited us with the title 'Service of Excellence'
The Inspectorate for the Investors in People Award made a planned inspection and once again spent a day going through our training records and discussing training with our staff. Establishing exactly what opportunities the company offers it's employees to develop their skill set and also to maintain their current skills in line with government legislation. Following the inspection we were once again informed that we met all the standards and were accredited with the IIP Award.
