CARE WHICH ENABLES YOU TO LIVE AT HOME. Our care will provide comfort to those that need homecare. Our team of community support workers are trained to provide a high quality service to the elderly, disabled and convalescing in the client's own home.
COMPANY WHEN AND WHERE YOU NEED IT. Our company will provide support to clients and their families. An extra pair of hands is often all that is needed to give our clients confidence in their ability to remain independent, or to give the main carer time to follow their own interest and have time for themselves.
PERSONAL CARE. Whatever the level of support you require to maintain your personal hygiene we can assist you. Perhaps you require help with your daily routine or would like someone to be with you when you take a bath. We are able to offer clients full assistance with washing, dressing , or just do the awkward bits. We will ensure that the assistant helps you with your personal care so that you are ready for the day ahead . We also provide the same assistance at the end of the day to assist you before you retire for the night.
MEALTIMES: Having a choice of what they eat is sometimes all that is needed to encourage people to maintain a healthy diet. Others like to have company and will eat well if someone is with them. A community support worker can either assist you in the kitchen or prepare a meal for you. If you use a meals on wheels service we can pop in just to see that you are managing okay.We offer support at all meal times.
MEDICATION: Sometimes it's not easy to remember when to take your medication or even where it is kept. We will give you every assistance you require to take the prescribed dose.
RESPITE CARE:We provide a service to enable the main carer to have time for themselves. If you are caring for someone, you may not want to leave them on their own whilst you do something for yourself. We will care for that someone for a few hours whilst you are not there.
SLEEP-IN SERVICE : Confidence is often all that is needed at night to enable people to stay in their own home. Whether it is for one night on return from a stay away or if it is support for a few nights whilst the family are away, the company of a member of our team can you give you that support
